Adrian Gedye
Adrian began working with elite hockey players in 1999 as both a personal trainer and motivational coach. He developed Sudbury’s first Minor Midget AAA Hockey Program in 2009 and was the team’s General Manager until 2013. He has also worked with the former OJHL Jr A Hamilton Red Wings as their Assistant General Manager and the Rayside Jr A Canadians as President and General Manager. Adrian has volunteered at each and every level from House league to Junior A as a Manager, Trainer and Head Coach.
In 2010 he made the natural transition to Representing players and their families full time. He is also the proud father of three boys, Matthew, Evan and has been blessed to help guide and support his oldest son Tyler Bertuzzi, through minor hockey to the NHL. As a former Canadian National Team athlete, he competed for Canada at 5 World championships and knows what it’s like to train and sacrifice as an athlete. He understands the commitment a player requires to reach their goal of playing Major Junior, NCAA or Professionally.
Adrian possesses a unique blend of training knowledge and first-hand experience as a professional athlete that he is able to pass on to his players. During the summers he has also worked as a personal trainer, specializing in Hockey Camps and the on and off ice development of Elite Midget, Junior and Professional Hockey Players. The athletes he represents are provided with this expertise to help them develop next level training programs for strength, foot speed, core strength and all other training elements.
Adrian joined NHLPA Agency Uptown Hockey Management in 2010 and is very well known and respected for his hard work and dedication to both players and their families. In 2018, he started Pinnacle Hockey Management and has had the pleasure of helping all of the company’s Players develop and advance in the game. Adrian is currently Representing Players and their families at the Amateur, OHL, USports, NCAA, ECHL, AHL, European Pro and NHL levels. He works tirelessly for his athletes and families and is a mainstay along with the Pinnacle staff at tournaments, Junior, OHL, NCAA, Pro and NHL Arenas across Ontario and the USA.
Adrian pushes each and every one of our players to achieve excellence both on and off the ice and is highly respected by Major Junior, NCAA, and Professional Coaches, Scouts and Executives. He believes in the philosophy that places the highest of values on hard work, loyalty, integrity, leadership, and teamwork. Many Agents and Advisors believe representation is more of a business relationship. Adrian firmly believes the business side must co-exist with a strong mentorship and personal relationship with the player and their family. This is what makes his role as a Player Representative different from many other individuals and agencies.
Adrian is a graduate of Laurentian University in Sudbury and a former business owner for 23 years. As a Certified Professional Hockey Player Agent, Adrian is able to use his strong business background to negotiate OHL, QMJHL and NCAA Scholastic Contracts as well as negotiate fair and equitable Professional Contracts on behalf of his Players and their Families.

Evan Gedye
Evan has been a leading member of the Pinnacle Hockey Management Team since 2019. He is a business graduate of Cambrian College. He has a strong background in scouting, player development, player placement, social media, branding, and hockey analytics. Evan uses this expertise to network with and help showcase our players to junior, OHL, QMJHL teams, U-Sports, NCAA schools, and professional hockey teams. As a player agent and advisor, Evan networks with teams and schools on behalf of our players, working on finding them playing opportunities at the next level. He works diligently to help structure and negotiate the best compensation for our players and their families in NCAA, U-Sports Scholarship Packages, and Major Junior Educational Scholastic Packages.
At the professional level, Evan also assists in contract negotiation. Additionally, Evan exports and studies extensive videos of our players from Hockey TV and the In-Stat Hockey database. He also attends our players' games to guide them and develop their in-game play.
Evan has an extensive hockey and football background. He has been a long-time player in the Sudbury Rep system and also won a city high school hockey championship as a member of the Lo-Ellen Park Knights. On the football front, he is a two-time high school all-star as a linebacker and an offensive tackle. As a team captain, he has led his teams both on and off the field.
Evan can use his deep family hockey background to play a leading role in the Pinnacle Hockey Management Team. He is the son of Pinnacle's Head Advisor and NHLPA Agent Adrian Gedye and the brother of NHL all-star Tyler Bertuzzi. He grew up in the OHL, AHL, and NHL rinks, developing a strong knowledge, passion, and love for the game.
Evan continues to build a strong reputation for putting our players and families first, working tirelessly to help promote and develop our athletes. This dedication and commitment are in keeping with Pinnacle Hockey Management's mission to provide the highest level of passion, knowledge, and excellence in player and family representation.
Ontario Scouting & Player Development
Brendan Kewley
Brendan Kewley grew up in Newmarket, Ontario and spent his minor hockey career with the York Simcoe Express, Barrie Colts, and Richmond Hill Coyotes. Brendan is a recent honours graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University majoring in Communications (concentrated in Global Communications) with an option in Leadership. It has become a full circle moment in Brendan joining Pinnacle Hockey Management, as Pinnacle's President, Adrian Gedye, represented Brendan throughout his minor and Junior Hockey Career.
Brendan's playing career was nothing short of ordinary, and continuously evolved until he decided to pursue his education at Wilfrid Laurier University. His loyalty to team first success, saw him switch to defense in his major bantam year, just one year before his draft year, after playing a combination of both center and wing throughout AAA. After managing the difficulties of learning the position on the fly, he went undrafted in his minor midget year. Brendan refused to accept being undrafted, and used that to fuel his motivation further. The next season, in the 2018 OHL Priority Selection, he was drafted to the Oshawa Generals in the 3rd round, as a Defenseman. Brendan was able to cap his career off in Jr. A with the Mississauga Chargers in the OJHL.
Brendan is a unique asset to Pinnacle Hockey Management and our players as he has played both forward and defense at the Jr A level and provides our players with a high level of knowledge and experience at both ends of the rink. His desire to give back to the game that has given him so much is what motivates Brendan's commitment to support, develop, and guide players that want to advance to the next level. He works tirelessly to maintain Pinnacle Hockey Management's Vision and Goal of providing our Players with a level of support, service and commitment that is unmatched in the Sport.
Head of Goaltender Developement
Chris McDougall
Chris is a hockey product of Copper Cliff, Ontario. He started his hockey career as a forward before transitioning to become a goaltender. He is a graduate of Guelph University with a Degree in Political Science. As a 15-year-old under-ager Chris led the Sudbury Nickel Capitals to the 2008 Canadian National Telus Cup Championship and in the process won multiple MVP awards. Chris was a 5th Round OHL Priority Draft Selection of the Kitchener Rangers, where he signed an OHL Scholastic Package. He went on to play Jr B, Jr A, and in the OHL receiving numerous awards and All-Star Selections. Following his Junior Career, he went on to Play CIS Hockey for the University of Guelph, winning the OUA Championship in 2015 and a Bronze Medal at the CIS National Championships. Following a short professional career overseas, Chris returned to Ontario to help run Netminders North Goalie School and Coach at the U16 and Junior A level.
Chris has headed up Pinnacle’s Goaltending Division since 2018 and has been instrumental in the development and success of our AAA, OHL, USports, NCAA and Professional Goaltenders. He has been a phenomenal resource, teacher and mentor and has also been invaluable in helping place our goaltenders with teams at the Junior, USports and NCAA levels.
Chris has an extensive network of Goaltending Coaches, Development Coaches and scouts, throughout North America, from Junior to the NHL. He is on the cutting edge of goalie technical development, cognitive and mental techniques and equipment selection and manufacturing. He uses post game teaching and video to provide our Goaltenders with the highest level of support and service in the industry.
Chris understands what it takes to be an elite level goaltender, as he succeeded in being one. He brings a wealth of knowledge as well as an extremely positive and enthusiastic approach to the game. He shares this with our players and their families and has helped Pinnacle Hockey Management rise to the forefront of Excellence in Goaltender Representation.

Bradley McMillan
Bradley McMillan grew up in Fassifern, Ontario and now resides in Green Valley, Ontario along with his wife and 2 kids. He graduated from Algonquin College with a degree in Police Studies. Bradley grew up playing minor hockey in the Alexandria Minor Hockey system before moving over to the Seaway Valley Rapids minor Hockey association.
He went on to a successful Junior playing career his junior in the NCJHL and EOJHL. Bradley also competed as an elite level soccer player winning a Silver Medal at OFSAA, and went on to compete internationally.
He is currently certified through Hockey Canada as a Development 1 Coach. Bradley has not only coached at the Junior Level but he has also coached minor Hockey since 2011 and continues to give back to the sport through minor hockey player evaluations in the Eastern Ontario region. He is a mainstay in rinks throughout the Ottawa Region at the AAA, junior, OHL, QMJHL and University levels. Bradley went on to take on roles as both a Scout and Head of Player Recruitment in the Ottawa Region for teams in the EOJHL and the USPHL's National Collegiate Development Conference. He went on the Scout at the NCAA level for St Cloud State and Lake Superior State.
In 2023 Bradley took on the role of Head Scout and Director of Player Development in Ottawa and the Eastern Ontario Region with Pinnacle Hockey Management. He has both an extensive network and strong relationships with Junior, Major Junior, USports and NCAA scouts, coaches and hockey executives. This is a great asset to our Players who are working to advance to the next levels in the sport. His vast experience and understanding of the game as a Player, Scout and Coach is a huge asset to our players as he is able to provide support, mentorship, teaching and development. He shares the same goals as our Players, which is to work with each one of them to grow and advance their game at the Junior, University and Pro Levels.
Additionally, Bradley's focus for each of our players he works is to help them continue to develop their elite skill set and combine that with a positive attitude and character, passion for the game and a great work ethic. He works tirelessly to maintain Pinnacle Hockey Management's Vision and Goal of providing our Players with a level of support, service and commitment that is unmatched in the Sport.

South Western Ontario
Andrew DeGroot
Andrew has over 20 years of coaching and scouting expertise. His coaching career is both extensive and very impressive. He began as a coach with Guelph Minor Hockey, where he coached a wide variety of age groups at the A, AA and AAA levels. During this time, he also helped head up the association's Team Development Program, working to help develop both players and the association's coaches. He went on to work with the OHF/OHL/Hockey Canada U15 Program of Excellence for two seasons. Andrew has been a Can AM Hockey Instructor for 15 years as a Player Development Coach and also works with the OMHA running clinics and seminars for new coaches within the OMHA. In the summer months he works in various Player Development roles, working with both Junior and Professional Hockey Players.
Andrew's Junior and USports Coaching Career began with the GOJHL Waterloo Siskins. While with the Siskins, he won a Cherry Cup League Championship. He then went on to become an Assistant Coach of USports powerhouse, Guelph Gryphons. While with Guelph University, Andrew helped the Gryphons to a USports Queen's Cup Championship in 2020.
Andrew's Scouting Background is also both extensive and very impressive. He has worked with two of the most respected Scouting Companies in North America, as a Scout for Neutral Zone and as a Scout and Mentorship Coordinator with International Scouting Service. At the NCAA Division 1 level, he worked for Canisius College for several season. At the Professional Level, Andrew has been a Scout for the Toledo Walleye, the ECHL Affiliate of the NHL's Detroit Red Wings.
Andrew's vast experience in Scouting and Coaching makes him an invaluable asset to Pinnacle Hockey Management and our Players. He has a large network of contacts and relationships in a variety of leagues from Junior, University and Professional Hockey. Andrew's knowledge of the game, commitment to support, develop, and guide our players and help them advance to the next level is tremendous. Andrew works tirelessly to maintain Pinnacle Hockey Management's Vision and Goal of providing our Players with a level of support, service and commitment that is unmatched in the Sport.
Agency Skills Coach/Player Developement
Jake Smith
Jake brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Pinnacle Team and is an invaluable asset to our Players. His experience as an Elite Major Junior, USports and Current Professional Player is extensive for such a young man. Jake was a draft pick of the Mississauga Steelheads in 2013. He went on to play 176 Games between the QMJHL and the OHL, twice scoring 20 or more goals and culminating with scoring 20 goals and 48 points for the Windsor Spitfires. Jake went on to further his education and hockey career at Carleton University, helping the team reach the National Championship Tournament, amassing 35 points in 27 games and being awarded Ontario University Rookie of the Year.
In 2019 Jake turned pro splitting the season between the Evansville Thunderbolts and Starbulls Rosenheim scoring 35 points in 33 games. He is currently signed with the Minnesota Wild's ECHL affiliate, Iowa Heartlanders. During the in 2021-22 season Jake won ECHL Player of Week and Player of Month honours en route to a phenomenal 25 Goal, 51 point season. Along his journey as a top Junior, USports and aspiring Professional Player, Jake has spent his off-season's helping develop and mentor aspiring midget and Junior players.
Jake currently runs on ice skill development sessions for our players in both Burlington and Oshawa. His focus for our players is extensive, with emphasis on puck skills, shooting, agility, transition and edge work. Our Pinnacle athletes continue to see major gains and development in all of these areas as well as increased motivation and confidence through Jake's strong mentorship and leadership.
As a player who has excelled at every level from AAA to Pro, Jake is able to share his experiences, passion, and understanding of the game with our players. He is able to play a critical role as a Identifier, Mentor and Developer of talent for the Pinnacle Hockey Management Team. Jake has developed many strong hockey relationships throughout his career and has already built a network of Tier 2 Junior, QMJHL, OHL USport and Professional contacts. This is extremely valuable to our players moving forward and will lead to further opportunity and advancement for them.

Zac Rinaldo
To say Zac is an overachiever both on and off the ice is an understatement!

Zac was drafted in the 14th round to the former St. Mike's Majors of the Ontario Hockey League, being a long shot to ever pull on an OHL Jersey, Zac played for the St Mike's Majors, London Knights and the Barrie Colts going on to play 184 games in the OHL.
Zac was drafted in the 2008 NHL Draft to the Philadelphia Flyers in the 6th round, 178 th Overall. Not expected to be an impact NHL'er or even make the NHL, he once again exceeded expectations, playing 11 years in the NHL for Philadelphia, Boston, Arizona, Nashville and Calgary. Zac retired from his career in the NHL in 2022, registering 18 Goals and 24 Assists and collecting 758 Penalty Minutes, being a heart and sole player willing to do anything for his coaches and teammates.
Zac's on ice passion has always been matched by his commitment, desire and generosity to give back to those less fortunate in the Hockey communities, where he played throughout his career and in his hometown of Hamilton, Ontario.“Zac Rinaldo’s Fight For A Cause” Charity and his work for the "Hockey Night in Hamilton" has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the McMaster Children’s Hospital and Food for kids.
Zac joined the Pinnacle Hockey Management Team in 2022. His experience, knowledge, passion and understanding of the game is unmatched in the Hockey Agency business. He is very proud to work with Pinnacle's players, acting as a role model, leader, mentor, teacher and developer of the Game of Hockey, to both our Amateur and Professional players alike.
Zac's extensive background in Skill Development, Weight Training, Footspeed, Core Training, Sports Nutrition and many other areas of the game, make him an invaluable asset to both Pinnacle Hockey Management and our Players.
Player Representative/Development
Kevin Peever
Kevin has built a reputation of putting players and families first and working tirelessly to help his players develop and advance both on and off the ice. He has an extensive
playing resume as a minor hockey player, Kevin grew up and developing as a player in Iroquois Falls, Ontario. From a young age, his passion for the sport was second to none, making the long commute to Timmins to play AAA. Kevin went on to play four years of Junior A, as the starting goalie for the Brockville Braves of the CCHL. Kevin went on to win the CCHL Championship, playing in two Fred Page Cups and competed in the RBC National Championships. Along the way, setting numerous goaltending records in the CCHL, some of which he still holds. He went on to receive a full scholarship from Rochester Industry Technologies (RIT) in the NCAA.
Kevin's leadership and passion to teach and help other players develop began at a young age. As a Junior player, he would spend off seasons working at hockey schools
and coaching minor hockey in Brockville. Following his playing career, he became an Assistant Coach and Goalie Coach for the Abitibi Eskimos Jr A of the NOJHL. Kevin
was instrumental in helping relocate Abitibi to Timmins and rebranding as the Timmins Rock. He became the General Manager of the Rock and continued in that role for five
seasons. Along the way, he has been front and center building the Timmins Rock into a National Jr A powerhouse, cracking the CJHL top 20 Rankings.
The culture and community passion and pride he has helped the rock build is second to none in Canadian Junior A hockey. The Rock has led all Ontario CJHL teams in attendance during the regular season, averaging of 920 fans a game and an incredible 1400 fans during the playoffs. He has also played a large role with the OHL and QMJHL, helping bring an annual exhibition game between the Sudbury Wolves and Rouyn Noranda Huskies to Timmins.
During his five seasons with the Timmins Rock, Kevin has worked tirelessly networking with OHL, QMJHL USports, NCAA, and Professional teams in Europe. His efforts have helped twenty-five of his players advance to these levels in the game. This has made his transition to Representing and helping develop players with Pinnacle Hockey seamless. His passion in helping mentor and guide players to achieve their full potential both on and off the ice, is in keeping with Pinnacle Hockey's high level of passion, knowledge, and excellence.
